Ron Rosenberg - President/Founder

With more than 30 years' experience in the healthcare industry both as a practicing Physician’s Assistant and as a consultant,, Mr. Rosenberg is considered a leading authority on medical practice management and one of the nation's foremost specialists in helping physician practices enhance their financial performance. A respected author and lecturer, Mr. Rosenberg has led hundreds of seminars on practice financial performance for the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Gastroenterology Association and other national and state medical specialty societies. His popular program, "How to Run Your Practice Like a Real Business," has been presented to progressive hospital staffs and professional associations across the country.

Curt Hill - CEO

Mr. Hill brings a varied and successful background to the Practice Management Resource Group. He has been a sales executive, a VP of sales, a CEO, a professional speaker and trainer, an educator, an entrepreneur and a software training program developer. He has trained hundreds of people in being effective and in breakthrough thinking and has managed small and large groups of people. During his one year as the CEO of a small software services company, he more than tripled the size of the business from annual revenues of $7m to over $25 m. He was recruited from there to build and lead the sales organization of a venture-funded technology startup. As a sales executive for a software consulting company, he built a $12 million revenue stream. While Mr. Hill is new to the medical industry, his track record demonstrates an ability to grasp and be successful in new markets. His experience and success as an executive has him be perfectly suited to lead the PMRG management team.

Donna Connolly - VP of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Donna Connolly brings over 20 years of healthcare receivables and operations management to the Practice Management Resource Group. Ms. Connolly worked for over 15 years with Health Receivables Management (HRM), a division of ArcVentures, Inc. HRM provided full-service outsourcing to healthcare providers throughout Illinois including billing systems, claims resolution, Medicaid application services and collection services. Throughout her tenure with the organization, she held a variety of different positions including, General Manager, Director of Operations and Director of Finance and Marketing. Ms. Connolly has worked for over three years with The Lincoln Foundation for Performance Excellence, Illinois quality award program based on the National Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award. Ms. Connolly served as Executive Director responsible for all aspects of the operations. Donna has a B. S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from DePaul University.
